Dongguan Kelian Plastic Board Co, Ltd. was established in 2011, is a professional company in the manufacture, research, development, sale and service of engineering plastic and insulation plastic. such as PP sheet, PVC sheet, PE sheet and so on.
We are located in Dongguan city with convenient transportation. Our products are extensively used in eco-friendly, chemicals, machinery and other industries. Our factory has six production lines and many processing equipment, like crusher, CNC carving machine, cutting machine to producing, engraving, cutting, bending and drilling.
We provide extensive customization options, including packaging, colors, sizes, and labels. Our integrated production flow ensures swift development and delivery, allowing us to introduce new products within short lead times. Committed to strict quality control and thoughtful customer service, we have dedicated quality inspector ensuring all products meet high standards and two engineers to complete various OEM and ODM orders.

Virgin PP pellets are blended with color masterbatches and additives at high speed until evenly mixed.

High-Temperature Melting & Extrusion
Materials melted at high temperature and extruded through a flat die into wide, thick sheet preforms.

Three-Roller Calendering
Three precision rollers flatten the surface, calibrate thickness, and ensure a smooth, even finish.

Width Cutting, Cooling & Traction
Controlled cooling at uniform speed stabilizes the sheet form and prevents warping or deformation.

Film Lamination, Cutting & Trimming
Automatic edge trimming removes burrs, and precision cutting delivers exact standard dimensions.

Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a PP&PVC sheet manufacturer.
Can you provide the sample for quality reference?
We can provide some free samples for reference under the customer pay on the shipment cost.
Can you accept prototype or OEM/ODM?
OEM/ODM are acceptable.
How to keep the goods quality?
We have professional quality control and inspection workers check PP&PVC board quality, including the size, thickness, surface, hardness, color, packing, etc. when load the container, we will take photos, videos, and keep the samples for the order.
What’s the payment term?
Simply submit your Gerber files, BOM, and project requirements. Our team will review your design, provide a quotation, and guide you through the production and delivery process step by step.
Do You Support Prototype and Low-Volume PCBA Orders?
T/T is acceptable. 30% deposit along with PO released,70% before shipment .Or negotiate with us.
